Welcome to Aroma Experience
The journey started in 2021 with the opening of Aroma Indian Cuisine and Bar in downtown followed by Aroma SoBro and Amara. Now coming from the same stable is Aroma –Experience housed in Carmel City Center with a certain luxury and fashionable feel to it. Aroma – Experience is not just another restaurant, it is a promise to provide a dining experience where the emphasis is on both the food primarily from North India and and on creating a memory that remains long after you have visited. White leather seating in a stylish dining room setting provides an opulent backdrop for traditional Indian cooking. Start off with a glass of wine paired with seven or five course experiential dinner, or one of the a’ la carte speciality items.
The experienced owner, Vinita Singh, and her team have put together a menu where the star ingredient of each dish is of exemplary quality and the kitchen balances modern techniques with recognizable flavors and spicing. Standout dishes include Sindhi Aal Pakwan, layered Bharwan Paneer Awadhi, Amritsari Paneer Bhurji and Dal Aroma Khurchan are a must have. There’s a feeling of glamour to the surroundings that would suit a romantic night, lunch with the family or cocktails with friends at the bar at Aroma – Experience!
